This policy explains what CycleLink collects when you join the waitlist at cyclelink.io, why we collect it and how we handle it. It applies to this site only.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, work email address, company and role. Our servers also log your IP address and browser user agent automatically, the same way most web servers do.
Why we collect it
We use this information to contact you about access to CycleLink and to run the waitlist itself: ordering signups, matching you to the right onboarding group and following up. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it is stored
Waitlist information is stored with Cloudflare, in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. Email krishna@cyclelink.io and we will remove your record.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
Analytics
We do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this site. The only record we keep beyond the waitlist itself is standard server logs, used to keep the site secure and working.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as CycleLink changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
