Privacy policy

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your name, work email address, company and role. Our servers also log your browser user agent automatically, and store your IP address only as a one way hash that cannot be turned back into the address itself.

Why we collect it

We use this information to contact you about access to CycleLink and to run the waitlist itself: ordering signups, matching you to the right onboarding group and following up. We do not use it for anything else.

Where it is stored

Waitlist information is stored with Cloudflare, in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. Email krishna@cyclelink.io and we will remove your record.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

Analytics

We measure how this site is used, with our own software rather than a third party service. There are no advertising trackers here, no Google Analytics, and nothing on this site sends your behaviour to another company, except the Cloudflare check below.

To do it we set two cookies on your browser. One identifies your browser so that a second visit counts as a second visit rather than a new person, and one marks your current session. We record the pages you open, how long you spend on each part of the page, how far you scroll, the site that sent you, and the approximate location and device type our server sees. If you later join the waitlist or open our investor deck, we connect the email address you give us to that record, so we can see which of our own pages were useful to you before you got in touch.

You can clear these cookies or block them in your browser at any time, and the site works exactly the same way without them. Email krishna@cyclelink.io and we will delete your record.

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are not a bot. Cloudflare runs the check in your browser the first time you interact with the page, and you never see it. Cloudflare processes the data it needs for the check, as its Turnstile Privacy Addendum describes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as CycleLink changes. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
